University of Utah College of Nursing Supports HPNA Members
The University of Utah College of Nursing supported the Hospice and Palliative Nurses Association (HPNA) membership meeting at the 2024 Annual Assembly for Hospice and Palliative Care with a donation to the Hospice and Palliative Nurses Foundation (HPNF). The generous contribution was used to provide lunches for the first 100 HPNA members to attend the annual membership meeting. During the membership meeting, HPNA reviewed 2023 accomplishments and discussed plans for future growth, including new educational, research, leadership, and membership initiatives.
“We are incredibly grateful for the University of Utah’s consequential support of our members. Their generosity helped to make our annual membership meeting one of the best yet,” shared Virginia Marshall, chief executive officer of HPNA, HPNF, and the Hospice and Palliative Credentialing Center.
