Candidates who missed the deadline for recertification and who meet the requirements may submit for reactivation of their credentials. Reactivation is available for three years after the expiration of the certification. Please note you may not use the credential after it has expired. If you do not recertify, you must stop using the credential immediately. This includes but is not limited to your email signature, on your lab coat, employment badge, or social media profiles. HPCC conducts periodic reviews for any misuse of its credentials. If fraudulent use is found, you will be notified, and immediate action will be required. Those interested in pursuing reactivation must notify HPCC by phone at 412-787-1057 or email at hpcc@gohpcc.org with their intention to reactivate their credential. Your LearningPlan will not be accessible without contacting HPCC.
Reactivation pricing for each program is available on the How to Recertify page.
