The Certified Hospice and Palliative Care Administrator (CHPCA®) exam was designed for experienced hospice and palliative care administrators.

Beginning on January 1, 2018, HPCC discontinued offering this certification by examination. Recertification for this credential will still be available using the Hospice and Palliative Accrual for Recertification (HPAR) process.
