Ms. Dahlin is a palliative nurse practitioner at the North Shore Medical Center in Massachusetts, a faculty member of the Harvard Medical School Center for Palliative Care, and a clinical associate professor at the MGH Institute of Health Professions. She is a palliative care content expert on the Measurement Applications Partnership (MAP) Post-Acute Care/Long Term Care; Clinical; and Patient and Family Care Workgroups. Ms. Dahlin is a 2016 Cambia Health Foundation Sojourns Leadership Scholar, on the American Hospital Association Circle of Life Award Selection Committee, and a past president and board member of HPNA.
