National Nursing Ethics Conference Scholarship 

The Hospice and Palliative Nurses Foundation is offering a full conference registration and a reimbursable travel stipend of up to $500 to attend the sixth annual National Nursing Ethics Conference (NNEC) in Los Angeles, California, at the Luskin Conference Center on the campus of UCLA.

The title and focus of the conference are Vulnerability and Presence, and the event will encourage awareness and reflection that can develop creative and skillful responses to the stark vulnerability we witness in healthcare daily. Eligibility Requirements:

  • The applicant must be a member of HPNA
  • A completed, signed, and dated NNEC Scholarship application
  • An essay (see the application for full details)
  • A resume or CV 
  • A signed and dated letter of reference from a supervisor/manager on professional letterhead of your qualities and how they relate to why you should be considered to receive the scholarship. 

Winners of this scholarship will be provided with a promotional code for the full conference registration. The deadline to apply is Monday, January 21, 2019.
