The Employer Partner Program works directly with employers to offer customized packaging and volume discounts for nurses to our programs and services, which may include some of the following benefits: 

  • Volume Pricing - Corporate discounts on 10 or more Hospice and Palliative Nurses Association (HPNA) memberships, Hospice and Palliative Credentialing Center (HPCC) certification exams, educational materials, sponsorships, and HPNA Career Center listings.
  • Single Code Company Access - One simple code provides your nurses with access and discounts to HPNA memberships and educational products, HPCC certification exams, and HPNA Career Center listings from anywhere in the country.
  • Activity Reporting - HPNA and HPCC monitors company activity, and reports back information such as: 
    • Who (individual, division, cost center, etc.) is utilizing services.
    • What (membership, exams, products) is being utilized.
    • When the activity occurred.
  • Employee Retention and Education - Increase employee retention through training and education provided by HPNA membership and HPCC certification.

Refer colleague companies and/or agencies to the program through “Refer and Reward” and receive for your company one complimentary membership, exam voucher, core curriculum, and online review course, and one complimentary registration for the next HPNA Clinical Practice Forum.

Find a Friend

Criteria for participation in the program is generally through the purchase of 10 or more HPNA memberships and/or 10 HPCC certifications, but some companies or organizations are not able to meet the criteria on their own.  Through the “Find a Friend” program, multiple companies can partner together for a combined agreement, and reap the benefits of the program.

Nursing Assistant Plan

This is a corporate package program specifically created for nursing assistants. This includes one CHPNA certification exam, three nursing assistant publications, and one HPNA membership for one low price per person.

The general participation criteria for the Employer Partner Program is either a minimum of 10 HPNA memberships and/or 10 HPCC certifications, and initial advance payment is requested.
