- The appeal of certification has increased, as evidenced by the increase in number and satisfaction and certificants.
- Certification and recertification processes have become easier
Impact and Relevance
- The culture of continuing competence was established and maintained
- HPCC was consistently recognized as the leader in the field of hospice and palliative care credentialing
Nimbleness and adaptability
- The majority of candidates’ needs were met, and evidenced by an increase in candidates taking the examination
- Effective anticipation of and response to risk were accomplished
- The feasibility of offering additional non-nursing credentials has been explored
