Refund Policy: Registration fees are refundable, minus a $75 administrative fee, if the cancellation request is received in writing to info@hpna.org by Friday, September 13, 2024. Cancellations received in writing between September 13-September 20 will be refunded minus a $150 administrative fee. Please allow a minimum of 10-14 days for refunds to be processed. After Friday, September 20, 2024, no refunds will be given. No memberships will be refunded.
